At PixelLooop ("we", "us", or "our"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with our iOS application, Velo — GPS Speedometer & Mileage Log (the "App").

1. Local Data Processing (Zero Cloud Storage)

Velo is designed to prioritize user privacy. All telemetry, speed coordinates, mileage logs, and map routes are processed and stored locally on your iOS device. We do not operate remote servers to store your GPS path histories, and we do not sync your travel locations to the cloud without your explicit manual export actions (e.g. sharing a PDF report or exporting a video).

2. Location Permissions

To provide real-time speedometer telemetries, mileage logging, and map replays, Velo requires access to your device's location services. We request:

• While Using the App: To log speed coordinates while the app is active in the foreground.
• Always Allow (Background Access): Essential if you use background mileage logging while your phone is locked or while using other apps.

This location data is processed locally on-device and is never shared, sold, or transmitted to any third parties.

3. Data Export & Shares

The App allows you to manually export mileage histories to CSV, PDF, or video formats. When you trigger an export, the files are generated locally and saved to your files or shared using the native iOS share sheet. You are responsible for where and with whom you share these exported reports.

4. Third-Party Services

Velo may use standard Apple frameworks (such as CoreLocation, MapKit, and AVFoundation) to render maps and compile video exports. These services are governed by Apple's standard system privacy policies.
